Who can see a report
The full report is visible to the staff accounts of the community that issued the scan PIN (or the staff member who ran an in-person check), and to White Light AC operators where needed to run and secure the service.
Hardware IDs and game account IDs (Steam, Rockstar) are used to link checks across the service so repeat offenders can be identified. When staff of any community that uses White Light AC check or look up the same PC or account, they can see a summary of earlier checks: the date and time, which community ran it, the result, the findings that caused it to fail, and the Windows install date recorded at the time. They don’t see the full report, file lists, the player label or the PC name from another community’s check.
Player flags
Staff can flag a hardware ID, Steam ID or Rockstar ID with a short reason, for example after a confirmed detection. Flags are visible to staff of every community that looks up the same identifier, together with the name of the community that added them. Communities must only flag on real evidence and keep reasons factual; we may remove flags that break our Terms of Service.
If you believe a check summary or flag about you is wrong, contact us (details below) with the identifier concerned and we’ll review it.
